One of the store's standout features is its variety of ethnic and specialty foods. The store is clean, the layout is easy to navigate, and the checkout process is usually quick, even during busy hours. Prices can be a bit higher than big-box retailers, which is why it gets 4 stars instead of 5, but you’re paying for quality and convenience.

Just go there. You'll like it. Neat selection of goodies, and the staff are incredibly NICE too. Plenty of parking. On the bus and Rail Route. 09/2022. Hey kids. I've got a brand-new update for you, and you're going to luv it. Behold the gentleman with the blue gloves and standing over various cuts of meat. That folks is Mr. Kenny Wilson. One of the excellent butchers working at the Hill Top Red Apple Store. What you may not know, is that he is the 'Yoda' for making small batch, non weird chemical sausage items. His specialty being...BRATWURST. Your thinking. Yeah, sure, I can get those anywhere. Well if you do think that, your missing out on what this master has been doing for this market for some time now. He makes that ancient and venerable meat product in recipe's you wouldn't think possible. Yet, he's busy at it about every two to three weeks, with something completely new. And every one is absolutely scrumptiously delicious. And that also includes Chicken or pork Italian sausage, plain, sweet and hot, and Chorizo! You KNOW you want it! Just check the photo's for yourselves. So, if your just gaga about bratwurst that's non commercial and honestly made, you know where to go now.

This grocery store is a warm community hug where the staff are helpful and kind and the shopping experience relaxed and pleasant. Join a group of quirky locals for wine isle wine tasting on Thursday evenings that boasts the store’s robust, well-curated, and reasonably priced wine selection. Nestled at the back of the store, an unassuming cache of cookies takes the cake as the crown jewel of the Hilltop Red Apple. “Hopes Royale” cookies are feature coconut flakes, chocolate chunks, and macadamia nuts with an irresistibly fudgy center. Hats off to “Hope”- these are truly the best cookies I have ever had!

A pretty good local market for the area.They have a large wine selection and a deli/Chinatown express hot food section in the back.Prices seem fair.Produce section looks alright.Seems to be as good as other Red Apple markets I've been in.

After trying to get some catfish from another place standing in the facility and not being assisted after about 10 minutes or so I decided to walk out I was too hungry for all that My mom ended up telling me there was catfish at Red Apple and I was like are you sure?? Call me lost in the times because I was unaware of this Anyways I just want to take the time to give a shout out to little man in the back I wish I would have asked him his name but he's very friendly kind and patient. It's almost like you're dealing with your uncle back there Maybe I had that first time look on my face because you definitely ensured that I got a batch of catfish that was on its way out and I couldn't have been more grateful I got home put that baby in the air fryer and it was just yum yum delicious. I also picked up some vinegar and salt Wings which there was some love on those as well
