Love this Trader Joe’s location! Free parking (a total win 🙌) plus it’s surrounded by fun shops, restaurants, and even ice cream spots—so it feels like a mini outing every time I come. CHARGED FOR INCORRECT ITEMS (multiple times) I’ve been a loyal Trader Joe’s customer for years and generally love the brand, which is why this has been especially disappointing. Recently, I’ve noticed a recurring issue at the Queen Anne location with incorrect billing. I’ve been charged for items I didn’t purchase or for the wrong quantities. This isn’t a one-off mistake. It’s happened multiple times over the past couple of months. Sometimes I’ve caught it before paying, but other times I’ve only realized afterward, and for small amounts it didn’t feel worth the hassle to go back. Still, those small discrepancies add up and point to a bigger concern. At best, this suggests a lack of attention to detail at checkout. At worst, it raises the possibility that these errors are not entirely accidental. Either way, it’s frustrating and undermines trust. I hope management takes a closer look at this pattern and ensures better accuracy moving forward.

Conveniently located in the middle of Queen Anne Hill neighborhood. Usually, well-stocked but if you come after busy hour the shelves may have bold spots. The employees restock pretty quickly, thought. I really like the mural or the painting above the flowers section. Customer service is great.
