Got my grandson some donuts 1/2/26. Donuts are expired. Luckily I don’t have my receipt I’ll take them back. Check all your products before you buy from them! I’m done shopping at the Neighborhood Walmart

I had a bad experience with customer service. I went twice. The first time, the cashier was very rude and told me, "We don't sell this here, and we can't accept it." I had already been to another Walmart, and they wouldn't accept it either. The app says I can leave it at any Walmart, so I called customer service, and they said I could leave it. She said she wanted to speak to the manager, but I didn't because this had never happened to me before. So I went back, and the cashier was just as rude. I asked to speak to the manager again, and they were angry and said, "That's what we tell everyone who comes to return something." The manager came and explained things to me as best he could, and I understood and thanked him. But I didn't mention that the customer service was bad. If she had told me that, I wouldn't have gone back and would have looked for another store. But if I go to the app, I'll go to one Walmart and then another, so let's get on the same page.

This is strictly a grocery store, which i prefer. Perfect for a quick run in to grab dinner for my family without navigating a large store. You won't find clothing or much home goods here, if you need that you need to go to the super store on randol mill. The staff are friendly and the store is always clean.

Customer service people are extremely rude. Could stand to do a refresher training course. We spoke to them due to an issue with our register and had to call them for help. The elder lady was very inpolite and not one word was spoken to us before or afterwards. The little short black lady with the stiff, non-color matching lace front was the absolute worse. Said slick comments under her breath about us while we waited. You literally work in a customer service position acting your shoe size. Their attitudes needs to be addressed

Worst Walmart. Go to a different one. The manager doesn't care. Hey won't even answer to complaints, or any of these Google reviews he ain't responding to none. customer service desk is rude and they harass you trying to force you to go to register 1. They close all registers because they're lazy and don't want to work. They got a lot of people standing around and the ones standing by self checkout are close to CSdesk so they have little group conversations loud and they team up against customers yelling at customers to leave the self checkout because they don't want to help customers. They claim there 10 minimum transactions but they lie to have more free time. Rude, lazy they need new management and new employees
