We ordered a full sheet red velvet decorated cake this week for our company anniversary. I worked with Nancy and she was wonderful. I called a couple of times with questions and she was more than happy to assist me, and when I came in to place the order she was very helpful in helping me understand my options. I also called later on in the week to make sure everything seemed clear and the decorator I spoke with made some great suggestions to make our cake even better! We had our anniversary party, and everyone thought the cake was awesome. It was beautifully decorated and was moist and delicious. We will definitely work with this Tom Thumb in the future for our cakes! Thanks so much Nancy and to the others who assisted us.

I am usually shopping at tom thumb either personally or for a customer as some has stated Ali is the nicest and most patient when needing help with the app. However there is a few sour puss in the bunch one of them is Wesly he never smiles and the deli lady named Margaret she didn't even say thank you to me but the lady behind me she thanked her all customer no matter their color she welcomed and thanked. Some employees are talking very loudly and please turn down the volume on that music l can't think straight with the music and loud talking employees... over this store is ok.

I usually have issues with the app on my phone. The customer service clerk Ali was a big help to me on my last visit on 2/21/26. He was so patient, kind & knowledgeable. He saved the day for me. Without his help I wouldn’t have been able to access my coupons. Thank you so much. Ali even opens a register when needed to help avoid long lines. Great guy! I really love shopping this location. Store is always clean & the prices are competitive.

Love this place. I really like their pre-packaged meals. Just heat and serve. They have a great selection of cheeses and organic vegetables. And their Sushi is fresh and hand-made by their chef! Delicious.

Tom Thumb is officially my favorite grocery store, and it’s all thanks to their amazing staff who have a fantastic sense of humor! My brother Mitch lost a bet, and his task was to pick up a bundle of balloons from Tom Thumb dressed as a full-fledged chicken. And by "chicken," I mean the whole clucking, feathered, yellow, and red deal—complete with feathers, red tights, floppy chicken feet and a tail that bobbed with every step. But Tom Thumb didn’t just let him waddle in and out. Oh no, they encouraged him to cluck, crow, and even break into the chicken dance right there in the middle of the store! Mitch went all out, flapping his wings, wiggling his tail, and crowing like he was the king of the coop. He even pecked around the produce aisle, looking for “the freshest corn.” The whole store got into it—employees, customers, everyone! Mitch ended the chicken dance with a loud “BAWK BAWK!” and a proud little bow, which earned him applause and a few phone cameras capturing his “barnyard ballet.” The staff even joked that he should come back and be Tom Thumb’s official “resident chicken” for special events. Honestly, they might be onto something—Mitch would make one unforgettable mascot! If you want a store that offers great service and an unforgettable shopping experience, Tom Thumb is it. Thank you to the Tom Thumb team for letting Mitch strut his stuff, and for making his chicken escapade one for the books. We’ll definitely be back! Hopefully they will request Mitch come back as a chicken!
