Tom Thumb is one of those stores where you can find everything you need in one place. The store is always well-organized, clean, and fully stocked, which makes shopping quick and stress-free. Yes, it may be a dollar more expensive than Walmart or Kroger on some items, but the overall experience, convenience, and quality make it completely worth it. I also appreciate that it’s fully up to date with modern payment options, including Apple Pay, which makes checkout super easy. Overall, a reliable and comfortable place to shop.

I frequent this store regularly with my family. But a recently I had the pleasure of meeting a young man by the name of Demarkius, (sorry if I misspelled), this young man was so kind and considerate. Very helpful during check out, and was doing something to help the store also helping many different customers. This young man made the experience enjoyable, so I will be seeking out his expertise anytime I am at the store. Thank you Demarkius.

I always go here for the fresh fruit and flowers. They have a variety of flowers at low prices .

I love love love this store. It’s always clean and easy to find items when I shop in store. But honestly when I shop online I love it even more. The whole pickup team is on point. I can order today for tomorrow at 11-12pm and my order will be ready @9am instead… and the wait time ? Doesn’t exist. I don’t think I’ve sat in the pickup spot for more than 2 minutes. This store definitely gets their customers what they need and on their way.

Look at every negative review listed on here. Its the same answer over and over. You guys dont care. You should be out of business. I dont know what you guys have put into ypur employees heads, but following customers around the store, taking inventory of what the customer puts in their basket is ANNOYING. Then at checkout having the cashier literally stand over you as you check out is just out and out wrong. Not everyone who steps through your doors is a thief, but I am certainly treated as such. And Ive been shopping there for OVER 12 YEARS. Management is rude. Your people are driving your business into the ground.
