I recently had a disappointing experience with management during a return inquiry. Although I understand the 30-day return policy, both the associate and assistant manager were dismissive and unwilling to offer any helpful solutions regarding a product quality concern. As someone who works in customer service, I believe professionalism and empathy matter just as much as policy. I hope management and staff receive better customer service training so future guests are treated with more respect and consideration.

I stopped by this Kroger this morning (12/3) and was extremely impressed! The store was very clean and organized. I had at least 6 associates greet me and ask how I was in the 15 minutes I was there. I also asked one associate for help and she told me exactly which isle I needed to go to. Another associate just noticed I was looking around and asked if I needed help, then told me exactly where to go as well. Please tell the Kroger by my house in NRH to get it together and get like this one, lol! Great job :)

This Kroger is well designed and spacious. The left half of the store is groceries and fresh produce. The right side of the store is household goods, clothing and other items like greeting cards, home decor and cosmetics. The pharmacy is also to the right of the store. The wine and beer collection here is decent. When you can't make it to another store, you are bound to find what you need here. And don't miss a stop at the deli. Overall, this location is top notch.

While they have great selections and the store is pretty clean, I’ve never had so many people in one store that were unwilling to help. Found a cute shirt… the only one like it in the whole section, and it just happened to be my size. The problem was there was no price tag. I told the lady in the checkout line about it at the beginning of checking out, so she could get someone to help while scanning the rest of our stuff. Instead of calling for assistance or a manager, she just refused to sell me the item or put any effort at all into helping me. Instead, she instructed me to go find someone over there in the section to help. My husband walked over the entire store only locating 2 people… both of which were unable and unwilling to help. One actually said “I don’t know what to tell you.” Needless to say, I didn’t get to purchase it, and never found a single kind or helpful employee. Very irritated.

The selection at Kroger is really impressive, especially the fresh produce section which is always stocked well. However, I've noticed that the checkout lines can get pretty long during peak hours, which can be frustrating. Overall, it's a decent place to shop for groceries with a variety of options.
