I always have a great shopping experience here! The selection is impressive, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Plus, the fresh produce usually looks fantastic!

This used to be my go to store for everything and it has gone downhill. The employees aren’t helpful with anything, they don’t stock half of what they used to and the store is overall just trashy. The produce is often rotted and old with fruit flies and they let non service dogs inside? This man was walking his dog throughout the store and the employees said “he does it all the time” despite it being against store policy. The manager wouldn’t come out to discuss this. This is a huge liability and disrespectful to those that actually need a service dog.

Love the employees: Ryonna, Kierra, Marylou, Janice, Pearl, Pennie, Elmer. AND Valerie. WHAT A KIND SOUL. . Highly recommend them all. Be kind to them. RETAIL SUCKS.

Very disappointed with their camera system. On Sunday, October 5, 2025 at approximately 5:25pm I was in a physical hit-and-run right in front of this store a black lady in a bright blue jeep compass or renegade came out of one of their handicap spots. I was already coming across the little crosswalk in front of their store, she did not stop and came right into me I had to physically push myself out of her way off her car in order not to be knocked down and ran over. The lady did not stop and just drove off. I was in shock that I was nearly ran over that I did not think to try and get her license plate number. There were witnesses but I did not think to get their names because I thought I was OK. Their security officer and an employee also came out to see if I was ok. I did drive the 0.7 miles home and turned around and came back to the store because by the time I drove the few minutes to the house my shoulder was starting to hurt so therefore me pushing myself off her car in order to not be ran over cause aggravation to my left shoulder. I spoke with their security officer who referred me to either their assistant manager or manager on duty. The manager told me that he could not show me the video since I was a customer so I contacted 911 for the Arlington police department. I gave the dispatcher all my information as well as a description of what happened and a description of the car and the lady driving it. An Arlington police officer by the last name of Brown came up to the store and spoke with me and the manager. The manager and Officer Brown went to look at the video, but the video was not good enough or clear enough for them to get her license plate number they tried several different angels and zooming in. I think that is pretty sad the one of their customers is almost ran over by a car (hit-and-run) and their cameras are not good enough for their local police department to be able to get a license plate number. What if I she would have actually been able to run me over and still drove off! Things could have been a lot worse. I personally feel that all Kroger's should have a camera that is good enough for the local police department to be able to look at an incident and be able to get the information they need hence license plate number, vehicle description a person’s description or whatever they need to file a report. Due to store's camera not being good enough for Officer Brown to get a license plate number there is nothing I can do. I cannot file a police report which I think is pretty sad on Kroger’s part!!! I still have visions of her car coming towards me and me having to push myself off her car and out of her way to not be ran over. I would ask that Kroger to consider upgrading their cameras in all their stores so that the next person that this happens to the local police department will be able to get the information they need to file a report.
