Michael the cart attendant is a freaking rock star! We've been coming to this specific location for the past 2 years because of him. This dude hustles his butt off in the parking lot. You can always tell when he's not working because there's barely any carts in the store (they're all in the parking lot). Plus he always takes time to stop and acknowledge my family. This guy is what embodies what a 5 star employee is. He truly loves what he does and always speaks highly of his management. Even though there's a few different grocery options around, my kids want to go to Kroger because they want to see him. Also, you need to get him a gold plated name badge because he's always wearing a different name badge lol. As we always end our conversations, GO PACK GO! Since he's a huge Packers fan! If you know who I'm talking about you know who Michael is.

Despite the lack of customer service, the store’s cleanliness and the bakery’s delicious treats make it a worthwhile visit. The female employee who assisted me with self-checkout was well-prepared, wearing gloves and a face mask, which gave her an astronaut-like appearance. Unfortunately, she did not provide any assistance during my checkout process, as I was experiencing difficulties with the system.

I have to say that the guy Mike who gathers all the carts in the parking lot is one of the hardest workers that I have seen. If the other stores had someone like him, there would never be a loose cart. By the time I finish loading groceries, and bringing the cart back he is already fast walking toward me to get the cart. I hope that management appreciates his hard work ethic. Good work ethic is something that we are not seeing as much in some newer generations. One thing that I have learned over the years as a small business owner is that if you do not show appreciation for loyal, hard working employees, you will lose them to another company, and rightfully so.

27 people waiting on one open register and self check out is crazy work, hopefully they go ahead and close this location too because it’s always some issue here!

What can I say, every time I think I'll see the same ole prices at Kroger...they hit me with a pleasant surprise. It can be steaks, chicken, lamb...whatever. I'm starting to realize to don't underestimate Kroger. They're definitely in my top 5 grocery stores to shop at. : )
