Very poor leadership . The manager is not doing his job at all. I spoke to him regarding the issue of the carts and how no one is able to get the cart to the location that it’s needed . He gave excuses that they have stolen some carts and that was the reason . While lots of carts are here but he is not able to take responsibility . You see elderly looking for cart . Kroger is not like that and they deserve better . Very poor customer service

I'm giving 5 starts because when I come to this Kroger I get the most help from Dionne, the manager. He has outstanding customer service and dedication. Every time I visit the store, he goes above and beyond to help me. Dionne is always professional and friendly, and No matter how busy the store is, he takes the time to listen, walk me to the right aisles offer helpful suggestions. It’s rare to find someone who consistently shows this level of commitment and kindness. Because of Dionne, shopping at this Kroger is always a positive experience. He truly represents what great leadership and customer service should look like. Kroger is lucky to have him and I’m grateful for all he does. Highly recommend this location because of his customer service

I frequently visit this establishment, but today was an unusual experience. I stood at the seafood counter for about 10 minutes, and two employees merely stared at me from behind the counter. When a man approached, one of the employees asked if I needed assistance and informed me that they didn’t open until 10. Realizing this, I decided to wait the 10 minutes until 10. However, when I turned around, I noticed that someone else had already been assisted before 10.

I'll still shop here. I've been going here for decades, but maybe the last year or so I find half the workers really dopey and socially awkward. That usually doesn't have to be a problem, but in this case it is because it gets in the way of just trying to take care of things that are routine.

Why should the customer have to go outside and get their own shopping cart ? This store never has carts inside and thay don’t care!!
