The staff was going out of their way to make sure I could find what I needed, the employees were so friendly! The store is very clean and well organized.

Matt at the pharmacy was incredibly kind and helpful and helped my navigate obtaining savings for a very expensive drug I was prescribed. The cost for a month’s prescription was going to be $1100 (with insurance), but Matt helped me locate a manufacturer voucher that allowed for self-pay at a cost of $300. I have been using this pharmacy for years, and they have ALWAYS been extremely helpful and professional. The Pharmacist, James, was also instrumental in explaining to me exactly how to use the medication. I LOVE KROGER’s (on Bowen) Pharmacy!

I usually dont complain but we came in on Wednesday August 13,2025 a little after 8pm. I needed to get lunch meat the little lady came from the back seen my husband asked him nicely what he wanted, he looked at me I moved so she could see me proceeded to tell me we are closed? When I said the sign on counter says 9pm she said were closed went to the back. I waited snapped a photo of lights still on, went to checkout at the self checkout and asked for a manager. I let him know that online and the sign i took a photo says 9pm and its fine if y'all close at 8pm but you really should change your signs to state that! It was the second store we went to that night and I ended up going to tom thumb

I am absolutely appalled with the behavior. I was met with at the customer service desk by the cashier name of Shannon. I went to send money through Western Union, just as I do multiple times throughout of the year she asked for my ss Number I asked why was it required I sent money numerous times and it wasn’t needed before she said it could be the amount that you were sending every time I send money I send that same amount or around that number I explained that to her I was instantly met with the attitude. She told me she didn’t know. How are you performing a service and you don’t know the information you need in order to answer your customers question I went on to ask again did the policy change? I know it’s been a Little while since I sent money has the policy changed she continues to say I don’t know. She then grabs a pen and a notepad, slides it across the counter and says I can either write it down or go And starts attending to The customer behind me as if I’m not a paying customer and I’m still in a active transaction and all of my personal information has been pulled up on her computer by this time, the bald store leader named Marcus walked up as his employees actively yelling at me. I turned to him explain to him what the situation is as I’m explaining it to him Shannon is still being disrespectful and High rate in the background says she’s no longer gonna help me walks in the side management office and slams the door while there’s still a line of customers waiting to be assisted Marcus turns to me and says well ma’am I don’t know what to tell you And we all know where it went from there his cashier was actively disrespecting me when I asked a simple question that she could not answer on a service that she was performing. I’ve worked in customer service before I still work in it now multiple years of experience It takes different assessments and test in order to work behind the customer service desk and manage those type of services so if she does not know what she’s doing she needs to be replaced with someone who does I’ve since contacted corporate and I have a case number regarding the issue. I look forward to seeing how this will be rectified the disrespect that I was met by the employee and the management on site was absolutely unacceptable as this is going on the entire team of cashiers across the floor are also looking over and seeing this dispute all behind me. based off the comments from the employees who did try their best To comfort me and see what was going on not the manager, the hard-working employees at the register she’s known for this type of attitude
