Recommendation: if using the bakery GO IN to confirm the order. I placed an online order for a pull apart cupcake wreath after receiving the Kroger holiday catering catalog. The two pictures show what I ordered (green) and what I received (brown). 🫠 I was told that because I chose chocolate on the online order form this was the wreath. No where on the online form does it mention that this choice would result in a 100% different order. Additionally it was only 22 cupcakes instead of 24. Highly recommend going in to verify what you’re getting (which is a pain considering you’re doing it online for a reason). I hope someone at Kroger admin helps remedy the obvious disconnect between what they advertise vs what they provide.

Had to chase Dennie around due to not assisting w an item I had requested for location however he just keep walking away and not pointing me to the direction to get it and then to come check out and the cashier Chelsea at 7:34pm to busy on her phone to busy to just ring me up so I can leave and not be in her way the disrespect after paying for their pay check. People forgot that thanks to others you have jobs always be kind you never know what can happen and there is just no need. Dannie and Chelsea don’t take your job for granted there is always someone willing to do it better.

I had a return for some meat because I wasn't given the discount I was supposed to get on them using my card. It was annoying but I went in to get this sorted out and Shevin was working the guest services. He was SUPER helpful! He got everything sorted out for me after going back and forth between management and the computer system and got me all the answers I needed. While I'm still annoyed at the situation, Shevin made everything better!

We love this Kroger. Unfortunately, however, the pick up service is extremely unreliable. After getting text confirmations that the order was ready, we got there and received a call not only saying that it was not ready, but also that they had no new estimated pick up time. We had to go in and find out that the order wouldn’t be ready for another 40 minutes. The manager was kind to listen and manually cancel the order. However, we were left without the products and with the bad experience of being told by one of the workers that we shouldn’t have come until we had gotten a text confirmation, which we had. Again, the store is great, but, with this being the third time we’ve had an issue with it, I would neither recommend nor use their pick up service again.

This location has saved me a few times when I'm in the area. It's slightly tucked away so there's no major traffic issues. I find the parking lot a tad wonky though. I'm assuming this is an older store due to the layout. The walking space between the registers and the aisles may be just about 5 feet. It's cozy. It doesn't take much to block an aisle. The store itself is fairly clean. The staff I've interacted with are cordial. The prices are decent. Old or not it's a great location.
