Excellent Mexican grocery store in Arlington. They have a huge variety of items which you don’t see in Walmart or target. They have a big bakery where they make fresh tortillas and also a lot of buns and bread fresh bread and also they have a lot of Mexican sweet buns they have a small sit out and take out restaurant, and Ice cream shop where you can buy cheap drinks also, I never saw that many huge selection of vegetable in tropical fruits like mango papaya, pineapple, apples, dragon fruit, guava, bananas, etc. they have a huge line when I went there meat market they have a special butcher shop inside, and there are more than six people working to help customers select a different type of seafood and also beef and chicken and pry. You should definitely try their cheese, which is directly imported from Mexico and lot of different flavored milk. I will definitely recommend someone who is waving in Arlington and looking for authentic Mexican grocery, they have to visit El Rancho supermarket for the best Mexican, grocery buying experience.

I’ve lived in Arlington for decades but today was the first time I went to El Rancho. Normally I go to La Michoacana since it’s a bit closer but I wanted to check out a Hispanic grocery store with a bigger selection. The store is about the same size as a typical grocery store. Plenty of parking, the carts are in good condition, and the store is well staffed. The produce section is amazing. A huge selection of fruits and vegetables, some of which I’d never heard of before so now I have some recipe hunting to do. The self-serve meat area is minimal but they have a good size butcher counter. Just be prepared to wait a bit because it is popular. I picked up 4 large beef shanks for $22 which is a great price. The chili/spice selection is excellent. I picked up a huge bag of guajillo, ancho, puya, and pre-toasted arbol along with some pre-ground ancho, guajillo, and arbol for when I want faster prep. They have regular checkout and self-checkout. The regular checkout is staffed better than most grocery stores and the lines are minimal. Overall I liked the place and will definitely be back.

I love shopping here but this time I was a bit flustered. I specifically went for soda and snacks for a gathering. The app had a sale price which was not the sale price marked on the shelf which was also not the price I was charged. 🤔 There were also conflicting prices on the shelf for the SAME product. Again, not the price I was charged. I was charged the 10.49. And yes, I got 4.

So many varieties of fruits and vegetables. You don’t se these at Walmart. Very good and healthy choices. Speciality meats also available. Beans, rice, spices, great experience.
