Wings from the hot bar still raw when I got home, I put them in the air fryer @350 for 10 minutes and they still looked a little raw, so I took the video. I saw another guy load a box full of them, so I'm betting I'm not the only person to deal with this tonight. The flavor was good when I finally got to eat them though 🙌 2 stars

In Oakland and decided to go to Whole Foods Market. The store was very clean and restrooms were spotless. The staff easy to talk with the staff any made you feel like you weren't bothering them when you ask a simple question. Just great customer service and even at the register.

Whole Foods Market is always a pleasure to visit and shop. They are a well stocked store. Very clean and organized store. I am never disappointed shopping at any Whole Foods Markets. This is a well managed company.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had at anything owned be amazon EVER. I travel as a chef for work and when I went to check out I had to run back and forth from bagging to empty my cart on the belt and the clerk just laughed at me. I spent 800 dollars... I filled my cart with bags and had to go get another one from the front door while the clerk stared at me... I said to the person at customer service that it was my worst experience ever he smiled and said loudly well thanks for that all cheery. I'm so angry.

Great location and this place is BIG! You can spend hours searching for items; if you don't know where to go. Parking can be cumbersome at times, but they have plenty of space split between two levels; so you should be able to find a spot. All of their in-house services, like the bakery, meats counter and to-go food services are great. I just wish they would keep up with the to-go pizza-by-the-slice stock; it disappears so fast around lunch. Overall, good store, with great staff.
