Smart & Final Extra!

Closing time is posted as 10:00 p.m. It is 9:45 p.m. and they will not let me in they say it's closed. I had other options, but because I chose Smart & Final I am forced to pay 3x the price for diapers at 7-11 plus the gas and extra time. People ... ! The time has come for consumers to unite. When companies waste our time with robots, false advertising ... even Walmart San Leandro with every single rollback price a savings of 1 penny (in huge signs too like they're proud to do it)... WE BOYCOTT THOSE BUSINESSES!! The more participants the quicker we get their customer unfriendly staff & policies replaced! Divided we are insignificant ants and they know it. But united we stand up!

This location is not very nice, it's hard to get into or out of the parking lot, the store is pretty grimey, the prices aren't in alignment with the atmosphere, and that pretty much exhausts the reasons someone would choose this over Grocery Outlet or Food Maxx. I haven't been to other Smart and Final locations in order to know if it's just this one that's like this or the brand in general

I'm not much of a complainer....but I have to say something about this place. While I really enjoy this company and I love the prices, I was really really taken aback by the security staff here. Specifically the two guys who work here, with their masked faces and aggressive attitudes. I won't go into the specifics about my situation just yet, I am going to address it to the company first. If my issue isnt properly addressed, then I will update here.

I’d review no stars but that doesn’t seem possible. I follow the website, place an order for delivery, get an acknowledgement email for delivery at 9:07 and get a message at 10:23 my order had been canceled and I won’t be charged. No explanation and the link to comment doesn’t connect. Why would one ever do business with them?

Convenient but kind of expensive. I go here when I’m lazy or just need a few things, not for full grocery trips.
