It's a Lucky Supermarket- they're pretty much all the same lol 😁 This Lucky has nice friendly staff, and parking is good here. It also seems safe here

I instacart here all the time and I think it’s my last time. Never will I ever go there not even for a $50 tip which is a lot to me!! So much wrong with this place!!!!! Literally smells bad like mold and asbestos. Half the lights are off in produce like I’m in a prison or cave. They trying to clearly save money obviously!! Eggs, juices, and always near room temperature!! I always find moldy produce like strawberries, raspberries, or jalapeños!!! It’s a joke!! They don’t care less! And to make it worse, your carts just naturally roll in the isles because the foundation is crooked!!! Like please, start improving the standards!!! Start getting rid of bad produce immediately, turn on all the lights, clean the dusty shelves and refrigerators, and find more employees. Honestly stop spending so much on security and hellcats because there’s barely enough customers to fund that shit. Complete garbage store.

The Bakery and it's Manager Jasmine are beyond awesome. We just did a full sheet cake for a special event yesterday. Came out perfect! See the Pic - we printed two 8 1/2 x 11 sheets to make one big graphic. She expertly matched the sides which were seamless! Cake was yummy as always. Thank you Jasmine ❤️

For the store on Mountain Blvd in the Montclair district, Oakland: I avoid. Constantly uses deceptive price signage on specials - Beware! Read the small print. There’s often very restrictive conditions to get the posted discounted price. Also their 3-day only specials run out early, so don’t bother unless you go early. They have an extremely limited selection of eggs. Pasture-raised? Fuggetaboutit. This particular store has a crazy floor; it’s got a small, undetectable slope, so if you let go of your cart it will roll away, pretty much everywhere in the store. Their prices are not competitive. They do have a good sized parking lot, on 3 levels.

I shop at this store every week because the employees are accommodating and friendly. The prices and selection of product are excellent. I used to work at a Supermarket during high school, so I know how difficult this job can be. I want to shout out to the Deli Department and specifically Nyla who went out of her way today to help me with a special order. She is friendly and professional. She is an asset to this store. She deserves a raise. Nyla and others at this store are why I continue to come back and support this store
