I frequent this Tom Thumb often and all the times I've stopped by for groceries, the staff has been friendly and provided good customer service. March 24, 2026 I wanted to give a huge shout-out to Anna Marie for being so patient, welcoming, personable and going above and beyond in her customer service. I was looking for a fruit platter or something similar to take for a picnic with my friends and our kiddos. Anna Marie helped me by showing me the different varieties they have and asked some great questions to gauge what would be the best option for what I wanted. She also called when the platter was ready for pickup. They have a sheet for you to fill out along with the date you would like the platter of sandwiches, fruit, etc. and also connect information. It was such a positive experience, and I was a tad stressed, so having her help me was definitely a relief. The ambiance can get busy, depending on the time of day you're there. Thank you so much for making my experience such a positive one, Anna Marie.

Mrs. Tambra was such a blessing and wonderful help today! Im truly thankful she was at work today because it was life saving. There was a marked down item on the shelf that the register priced differently. She very politely assisted me and fixed my issue. Almost 30 years and it matters having store clerks that not only care about coming to work for a paycheck but also cares about the customers served. 😀

This store is clean and selection is great! While I am sure the rest of the staff is great, I have to give a shout out to Tambra, she is hands down one of a kind! She is patient, and so helpful. She always has a smile and interacts with every customer intently. She is the main reason we have made this Tom Thumb our go-to grocery store!

We have been shopping at this location for as long as I can remember. The staff is always nice and polite and sometimes have funny story that will put a smile on your face. The items we are always stocked and easy to find.

4:30 pm, May 25th, 2026. Trying to find a spice (turmeric). No isle labeling for “spice, spices etc.”…”baking” on the sign is the best clue. I had to ask. Two young males 20s, maybe late teen kids stopped me to hurl insults on me. Pretty sure they were not customers. The guy in the meat market (employee) was just staring at us. The store has issues, avoid it.
