My family has shopped HEB since I was a toddler. Waco has always had an HEB since I was a kid. That’s where I’m from originally. On trips to Mexico, I recall seeing one in Laredo and stopping by. Just 3 years ago, I saw one in Tamaulipas Mexico. I never knew when they expanded that way, but my Texan heart was overjoyed. HEB has always had a heart for its community and the quality in food aside from its superb customer service. I’m so thankful to have one now close to my new home in N Fort Worth. The ready made meals make my life easier and fulfilling when I’m too tired to break out all the meal prepping tools and food. HEB, I love you! Thank your DFW for allowing its expansion up here. ❤️

I love shopping at HEB in Fort Worth! The store is always clean and easy to navigate. My favorite part is the bakery. They have the best fresh bread, cakes, and cookies. Everything smells so good! The people working there are friendly and always ready to help. I also like the good prices and special deals they offer. The checkout is fast and easy. Overall, HEB is a great place to shop, and I really enjoy my visits, especially for the bakery treats.

Love this store they have the best and freshest ingredients! I buy all my protein and chicken and steak and rice and fish here and it’s always so toasty and yummy. All my meal preps that are in the pictures came from the fresh food that you see in the pics. Staff is nice and there’s always a nice community here too!

As always HEB never ceases to amaze me. Shopping in HEB is like an exciting vacation. Although I strongly advise you not to shop on Sunday around noon. It might not be like this every Sunday, but it was hard to find a parking spot. Maybe we need another dozen HEB supermarkets. Thank you for a wonderful store.

If you do curbside please check your receipts and make sure its accurate. I was overcharged $30 for meat and heb refuses to refund me even with pictures of the items I was overcharged for. Terrible customer service!! I will no longer be doing curbside at this location. How hard is it to accurately charge people for the correct items! They are basically robbing people of their hard hard money. I included pictures so you can see what I received and what I was charged. Stay away from this location unless you shop inside and can have them correct it immediately. Unfortunately I don't live near by and like I said customer service online is refusing to fix our refund me the difference!
