What an amazingly well resourced grocery store. Selections in all food dietary choices. Abundant selection of fresh produce and vegetables. Frozen items to freshly daily prepared entrees and pastries. I'm plant based and you won't be disappointed. Clean and staff is remarkable as well as Starbucks; what an compliment. Very community and they have an small social bar. Regular price deals are like ongoing so ENJOY!

Cynthia was incredibly helpful and made my grocery shopping experience smooth and pleasant. She was friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of quickly. Spouse made a Pick Up order this morning and fairly disappointed in their service. The worker did not expressed that this order was not bagged nor asked me if I had my own. A heads up would have been appreciated before opening my trunk to this mess. I didn’t even drive 2 miles nor went on the highway. Your customer service needs to improve.

I was visiting Fort Worth TX for the first time from January 5 to January 10, 2025, and my daughter and I needed some things like shampoo, conditioner and some comestibles. Fortunately, we found Tom Thumb on our way, and decided to go shopping there. Glad to say that we found everything we needed. The store was very clean and the workers were very nice. I want to mention that there is a Starbucks in the store, so we were very glad to find a place where we could buy hot drinks because it was very cold in Fort Worth that week.

Huge props to the flower department! A florist friend who had wanted to do my wedding flowers had to drop out and Cami at Tom Thumb was very reassuring. Their prices for flowers were so reasonable and they matched my color scheme perfectly and allowed me to bring in my own ribbon and even incorporsted some greenery from my sister's pot! Will update photos when I get professional photos back.
