Nice staff so it pains me to say this, but this place is absolutely filthy. I live nearby so am speaking from multiple visits: I’ve seen long-dead cockroaches not cleaned from the entrance sidewalk; 10+ flies in the produce section; product scanners covered in muck; meat that was leaking from its packages. Floors are never clean. I’ve literally never seen a major chain grocery store this dirty. I like Kroger in general (reasonable prices, solid selection) but I’d avoid this store unless absolutely necessary, until management gets some new procedures in place.

If I could leave, no stars I would this is ridiculous. You need to have more than one person at the register line is ridiculous.

I visited your location at 3510 Altamesa Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76133 and purchased a buy-one-get-one-free deal on General Mills Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Unfortunately, both boxes were stale and not fresh. I can only assume this is why they were included in the promotion. In addition, the store had a strong unpleasant odor and appeared dirty, which was very off-putting. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable purchasing any other items from this location.

This store is outdated and should be renovated. It’s not like other Kroger stores in Fort Worth. However, the selection is decent. The parking lot can be difficult.

I like this store but not guest care and money services . This elderly woman was helping the same customer for nearly an hour, and no one else came to assist her. I don't know if she didn't know how to do her job, but the rest of us went somewhere else.
