So I went to this store for the first time tonight, and I took my 3 lb chihuahua with me. I wasn’t even in there 5 min and the manager came in and said I CANT HAVE A DOG in the store!! I explained to her that Pinkie Pie was a service Dog. She said the owner did not care about any of that and that she had to call the cops on a customer 4 days ago for the same thing. And that BECAUSE IT IS A PRIVATELY OWNED STORE the laws don’t apply to him!!! 🤬🤬 Never going in there again ever!!!

The reason I go to food City is for their hot food, breakfast burritos and menudo. Personal I think there grocery store over priced.

Ms Stud the evening Supervisor is really rude, we kindly asked for a propane exchange and she denied it because it was “too late” we arrived an hour and a half before the store closed. I even offered to pay double and she just walked away. We also will contact the propane company and let them know their product is being denied to sell because of the supervisors power trip. She also talks horrible to her employees. Get her out of there!

I love food city my favorite store fr they got everything I need !! Very nice and friendly and always give me a good laugh every time !
