I recently purchased fish from your store and specifically asked for it to be cleaned. I was told it had already been cleaned, but when I got home, it still had scales and was not properly gutted. This is unacceptable. If I hadn’t known how to properly prepare fish, this could have been a serious issue. The ladies in seafood are lazy Additionally, I noticed that international rice being sold in your store was expired by over a year. Selling expired food is a serious health concern and could potentially make someone sick. We also purchased shrimp that was not labeled as broken; however, when we opened it at home, it contained broken pieces and empty shrimp heads, which was very misleading. Due to these experiences, I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning. I strongly urge you to review your quality control and food safety practices You should be reported to the health department

Clean store very organized! We found everything we needed at good prices! Our next stop was Pepe's kitchen inside the store up front! Food looked good! The girl serving was very nice

I stopped by this store to buy some salsa verde, but unfortunately, they didn’t have premade like my other store. However, they did have a nice selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. The mangoes I bought were incredibly sweet. I also picked up some taco meat (not the same ground beef) that was really good. It was a great price for the pound. They also have fresh crabs and crawfish.

I am writing to follow up on a recent concern I shared regarding my experience at your Fiesta location on Seminary Drive in Fort Worth, Texas. First, I want to sincerely thank you for resolving the issue. I had the opportunity to speak with Maria, the store manager, and I want to commend her for her kindness and thoughtfulness. She was very understanding and took the matter seriously, which I greatly appreciate. It’s clear she takes great pride in her store, and her professionalism made a real difference in how the situation was handled. While my initial experience with spoiled meat was disappointing and concerning—especially since I had planned to prepare it for my children—I am relieved that the issue was addressed and that steps are being taken to ensure the quality and safety of the store’s products going forward. She gave me a refund back and provided me with an additional meat. Very sweet of her to do this for us! TY!

Amazing staff! The store is big and spotless. Their produce has been excellent so far and they have great weekly deals!
