I come here at least weekly. I am not a Latino but the customer service at checkout is terrible if you are not of Latino des ent. None of the clerks great you.but they said hello & have a good day to same. The produce is good & so is meat & menudo. Yes I eat menudo. I have over 40 yrs of customer service experience & know what expect!!!! One exception you did a Renee Great Lady would always greet me & bilingual!! Oh well maybe you have enough customers & dont need my $$$$. But will probably not recommend El rancho, if I do I will alert them of the customer service!

Tacos and bakery items for 1$ and they are great! This is my new taco spot! Also lots of good deals on groceries and good fresh produce. Staff was kind and helpful. Smells funky by the meat area. Seems like it comes from the restrooms thats my only complaint.

My first time shopping here. The experience was great. Customer service is supreme! I asked a question about a sale price and the cashier and the front end manager got right to the point. They handled my situation while still ringing up customers that were also in line. Everybody was happy 😊😊😊... Thank you guys keep up the great work...

I loved coming here years ago. They had good food and bakery. Just disappointed returning after a decade to get scammed. This single layer 3 leches cake is way too dry. And for $13 just felt like I got cheated on. Should've got the vanilla flavor instead, it's $8. But it was still good

Stopped by to get some dried chiles for my chili con carne. I was overloaded with the selection but settled on two common chiles. Mission accomplished. While there picked up some fajita marinated beef and also their store salsa. That salsa was really good and also really hot. Guess I could not grok the labels. haha.
