I use the app to order groceries and pull up to have it loaded into my car. The employees are always courteous and have a positive attitude, even if the weather outside isn’t ideal. For the few times I’ve been inside, the store is clean and has pretty good inventory. The self-check is never full and convenient.

This is the closest Albertsons to where I live, and I love the points system & discounts, but this location is a mess. I had a manager cut me in line to get what they wanted first, the restrooms are a mess, there's homeless people camped out outside that will blast music and leave their dogs unattended, I had to call the cops on a drunk person passed out next to the dumpsters out back once, the parking lot attendants don't do anything but stand at the cart corrals and play on their phones...then the checkout attendants want to bombard you as you're checking out to ask for a 10 on their survey or when I say I will do it after I'm done they, themselves, will push the 10 for me? Yeah, no. All y’all are doing is alienating your customers.

This bakery is awful!!! My friend and I went in trying to get Birthday cakes for our co workers and one was crooked and one had incorrect spelling in the name tried to call and see if they would do something but NOPE !!! Lady just made excuses saying she was out of town she didn’t make the mistake blah blah blah and told me to BRING BACK THE CAKES !!! … 🤣🤣 Don’t go here for cakes this was so embarrassing for our co workers

I had the sweetest guy help me today in the ice cream aisle when I was having a full on freak out about some specific ice cream I had to have.. He was so very helpful and lovely and I just wanted to give a a flex and some respect to Lorenzo… great guy !

Drive up and go is completely And consistently horrible.... Came to pick up an order three people with vest on walked completely past wait 10 more minutes manager in a blue shirt asks another manager in a black shirt to help out with drive up and go. His way of "helping out " is peeking in turning to me and another guest and says "They're getting your order right now"And turns around to walk away I told him he doesn't even know my name I wasn't greeted. No one asked the name so how can he be getting my order? I just canceled it and walked out. I kind of expected for underpaid employees but for managers to have zero sense of urgency is crazy to me
