As a delivery driver I now question the quality of the fruit especially the grapes that I have taken to customers. Because as of yesterday, November 29th 2025, I ordered Uber eats groceries for the first time... And when I received my order I went to go clean the grapes and lo and behold there was mold... So I did what any person would do go back to show them that I ordered it and exchange it... Now I checked thoroughly but not thoroughly enough... Because when opening it in the middle, where you can't see visibly from the outside, guess what was there was... Mold... So whoever is handling produce needs to do a lot better... There's no expiration/best by date... The first one I got was just regular grapes and then the second one was the "organic"... And as many years as I've washed grapes I've never had literal dirt as much as I did last night.. And I feel like that contributes to how and why mold is growing on there... And of course I have my evidence... But this is ridiculous... Paid someone to bring it to me then having to waste more gas and time to go replace it just for the same outcome...

Back in the day there was "Mother" Thumb in Highland Park Village, "Mary" Thumb on Cedar Springs... and Turtle Creek Village had "Muffy" Thumb. Each week, their specials would be slightly different and neighbors would chat over evening cocktails about Mother, Mary, and Muffy. I'm so grateful that Muffy is still open and serving the neighborhood. It is not one of those massive stores - it is much smaller but still maintains an excellent selection and has a wonderful team! I visit about twice a week and highly recommend this location. A+

***UPDATED*** I did NOT receive a refund. You all clearly did not read this carefully. You still charged me for multiple packages that were incorrectly labeled and overcharged me. I ordered delivery and paid for Choice steaks, as clearly indicated on the Tom Thumb label. However, the steaks I received were actually Select grade, with a Choice label placed on them—meaning I was charged a higher price for a lower-quality cut of meat. ***Photo attached*** When I called the store, I was told I would receive a refund for the steaks. That refund never happened. I have since spoken with main customer service and multiple store managers, all of whom said the general manager would contact me. That also never happened. This issue has been repeatedly ignored rather than corrected. The lack of follow-through after a clear pricing and labeling error is unacceptable, and as a result, they have lost my business. Terrible service.

I order delivery a lot from them through subscribed fresh pass. They delivered expired products and have been giving me the run around every time I request a refund. I get the same emails and when I call I’m left on hold for so long. I’ve been trying to get it sorted for almost three weeks now. Would not recommend buying from them. Customer service is lacking. I’ll stick to Kroger and won’t renew my fresh pass.

Joanna & Ketzia are amazing employees! They help me and my colleagues out with a huge almost $800 flower order and did it with ease . The had the best customer service and I will make sure to purchase through them again in the future if possible.
