Nice grocery store located on Lovers Lane and convenient for people living in the Village apartments. There is a floral department, pharmacy, wells Fargo atmosphere and a gas station. You can earn points for gas discounts if you are a tom thumb member. The store is clean and has a wide variety of fresh produce and a good selection of beer and wine.

Locks up baby formula right at the front of the store in front of the registers. Disgusting practice. Why don’t you lock up alcohol? No. Sustenance for children must be kept locked away. That’s pro life for you. Won’t be back.

Dairy area clean and well organized and promoted areas throughout the market. Prices are very reasonable and worth the quality and freshness. Employees are extremely helpful and productive although they do seem to be scarce on the sales floor. The meat and produce areas are very clean and promoted with guaranteed freshness. There is a very wide variety of assortments of produce seasonal and non-seasonable. The options seem to be almost endless at this market. The items range from baby food, formula, and WIC approved items to a very large selection of imported wines, beer, and spirits. I personally love the largely and well lit signs throughout the market for personal wellness, pharmacy, and even fan shop for those die hard cowboy fans.

Very nice & clean supermarket. Good specials, too. This is my main grocery store. I recommend it.

I can't believe I'm taking the time to write a review about a freaking grocery store, but the level of we-don't-give-a-crap at this location goes to 11 and thus warrants a few choice words. Woefully (and I mean WOEFULLY) understaffed, consistently unkempt, and reliably understocked, I can't recall a time when I've shopped at this store and walked out without there being two or three items on my list that they didn't have in stock. Modern problems, for sure, but in light of the fact that they're situated literally across the street from HEB's Central Market, where there are literal armies of employees ready and willing to help out, one might think the Tom Thumb management might take a cue and up their game, just a little bit. Not so much. But, alas, shopping for groceries is, by its nature, a generally depressing undertaking, and since this location happens to be the most convenient option for our needs, I suppose we'll continue to take the bad with the good. Again, modern problems.
