Restrooms are way in the back next to employee lockers. NOT A good thing if your bladder is weak. Pharmacy is NOT bad however do feel they might be weak at explaining medication information. To me it seems as though they expect us to just know things right off the bat. Expect to pay an arm and a leg for your prescriptions if NOT covered by insurance! There was security guard and it was quite busy.

Absolutely terrible experience. We spent over an hour online trying to place an order, only to keep running into items that showed as out of stock. After finally finding items that the site listed as available, we paid and scheduled the earliest pickup time: four hours later. Two hours after placing the order, we received a call from an employee saying it had been canceled because more than 10 items were actually unavailable. If that’s the case, why doesn’t the website reflect it? The employee explained that managers don’t consistently mark items as out of stock, so the online inventory isn’t accurate. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable and makes the ordering process a complete waste of time. We won’t be returning to this location.

Terrible Experience at Kroger – Management Needs Improvement! I scheduled a pickup order for 2:00 PM, and as of 3:24 PM , I still haven’t received my order. What made this situation even worse was the attitude from Ricky in management — completely unprofessional and rude. His tone and lack of concern were unacceptable, and he absolutely should not be in a management position if this is how customers are treated. Kroger, you need to do better. Pickup orders should be on time, and your managers should know how to handle situations respectfully — not make them worse. Extremely disappointed!

I got out late from work, rushed to the store knowing I had plenty of time. To buy my daughter a birthday cake. Just for the security to close the door and say they are closed. I arrived at 10:45pm it was only going to take me 5 min to make a simple purchase.

I would give no stars if I could…This Kroger sucks!!!! They don’t never have nothing! They don’t ever have shopping carts! You have to go into the parking lot and get your own cart because they have failed to do a cart run and keep carts ready and available for their customers. The store always has a funky smell to it. Some of the workers have the nastiest attitudes. Calling Customer Service is a joke the phone just rings and rings with no one answering. Do better…
