Is it possible to give zero stars? This Kroger is consistently understocked and the pickup service is AWFUL. It is never on time and it’s never accurate. Take a look at their own metrics of 64% on time. Awful. This week I tried to pick up my groceries and was told (as usual) that they weren’t ready yet. The app and text message already told me that it WAS ready. I came back later and they couldn’t find my order. Finally I saw it sitting by the warehouse door, cold items and everything, ruined. I was told I had to request a refund in the app. I did that and sent multiple emails to customer service and have received no response. Please find another store for your groceries, this one is beyond repair.

As a customer I'M NOT PAID to self checkout.. When I arrive at the store after 1030pm ( due to work) unable to have a cashier to assist. IS THIS MANAGEMENT way of reducing costs.. I go to Tom thumb and OMG they have a cashier open till close. Kroger get some one to operate cashier position. I now since last November try and try hard to avoid shopping here at Kroger mockingbird location..

The new young staff. They are not well train to serve customer they are busy on the phone. Also the store have rest room but it’s out of service. The young man stoping people all day not use rest room out order post by the door. We ask how long the rest room out of order The meat dep chicken area need attention it wa s one of the best Kroger. For the last three month looks like kindergarten

Not my favorite supermarket, but it has improved. There was only one register with a Human. It was a little disappointing. The section of packed vegetables was not attractive. I dont reccomend this place for vegetables 🥗 the section for ordering charcuterie, custom cut ham, turkey ham, and cheese was very well attended at 9:30AM

Ew y’all watch for mold. Disgusting 🤮 Manger James spoke to me over the phone and heard my concern with this product.
