I went to El Rancho Supermercado and overall I had a solid experience. The moment I walked in, I noticed the store felt lively and colorful — much more vibrant than a typical grocery store. The produce section especially stood out; everything looked fresh, bright, and really well-stocked, which made picking out fruits and veggies easy and enjoyable. I was also impressed with how many Hispanic and specialty items they had that I don’t usually find at bigger national chains. There were lots of authentic products, spices, and snacks that made shopping feel more unique and fun rather than just routine. Prices were pretty reasonable too, especially on fresh produce and meats. The only downside for me was that the store can feel a bit crowded during peak hours, and sometimes finding a parking spot wasn’t easy. But overall, I liked the atmosphere, selection, and value, and I’d definitely go back.

The meat is reasonable and the produce is always fresh but the customer service is terrible. It always seems like a good atmosphere here but whenever i need help im just ignored and the only reason i can think of is because im a person of color. The last straw was when my girlfriend tried to buy some neck bones. She went to the meat counter to try and get some but the lady only responded with no. She tried asking in spanish and then another customer tried to help translate for her and she just refused to help her, so we left and are never coming back. If you are a person of color reading this id recommend going somewhere else.

They sell Bitcoin here. They have all sorts of meats. Just about everything you need to make a home cooked meal. They sell hot foods as well. They sell fresh baked bread and cakes. I like to come here for corn tortillas for tacos. It was nice and fully stocked.

I always have been to the store with my bags as I like to get my frozen food in an isolated bag with ice blocks. However this time the security did not wanted us to enter with bags. I've always liked this store, but it seems that they treat their customers like thieves now.
