I placed a same-day “custom” cake order and was charged $38 for the cake, plus $10 for fresh fruit and another $10 for decorations. I was shown a simple white cake with a colored border and was told they could add my requested message, which is exactly what I wanted. It was a round 10in cake. The employee who took my order was great—no complaints there. Everything after that was a complete mess. When I picked up the cake, it looked nothing like what I agreed to. It was overly colorful, poorly done, and didn’t even include the message I specifically asked for. When I questioned it, the girl was like “probably didn’t fit.” Yeah no kidding. That’s unacceptable. If the cake was too small, why even take the order as requested? Why ask for my phone number if no one is going to call and communicate there’s an issue? At that point, give the customer options—don’t just decide on your own and hand over something completely different. I didn’t pay for a random pre-made cake—I paid for a custom order. What I received felt careless and low effort. Very disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t trust them with custom orders again.

Hey there is guy named Joseph from the produce department gave me the ugliest stare and made me feel uncomfortable that hurt my feelings when I asked him for a question for apples and digiornio pizza. Overall my experience with this clownish of a man has not been jolly

Love their pollo picado y chips y guacamole!! always a hit for fight night at our house! There was a bit of a wait at the meat counter, but they were moving fast. The meat associate that helped me seemed a little irritated, but he was efficient nonetheless.

Again this place disappoints went and ordered a cake for my sons birthday and the cake didn’t even look like the theme that I chose and the frosting waves around the entire cake were just dots all around horrible honestly, I will never go back there again. What a rip off.

I enjoy shopping for my meats. Always a perfect cut! Also prices are reasonable. Vegetables can be a win-win at times when they don’t run out.
