hungry angela 2 months agoGreat selection, convenient parking lot, helpful staff when asked! I live on the other side of the city but when I have a car, I make the trek over. It is great especially with convenient deals for Amazon Prime members. They have a great selection of organic and non-organic produce, flowers and home goods
Stacie Everdell 2 months agoI wanted to do a simple exchange for one Whole Foods brand Peanut Butter for another. They refused without a receipt showing proof of purchase. IT SAYS 365 WHOLE FOOD MARKET right on the unopened container! I much prefer humans before they were turned into robots.
Sonny P. Sunga 6 months agoThe first year or two when This Whole Foods Market opened at the Fairmount/ art museum area brought some of what will become a citywide revitalization plan poping up within the city.....this place is like non other...though I havent seen many places..... I like how there are or were hall like large wooden table sit in eatery with a fancy buffet like menu of food to choose from either before or after shopping for.. well...groceries and others.......and a couple of restaurants nicely placed within.... There are a lot of people going in and out before or after rush hour or shift hours which brought a reminder of a little nostalgia of a reoccurring past.....exciting and can be confusing at times...when one intends to buy a few items but end up leaving with more...only to realize some forgotten items.... keeps one going back for more....this place is always alive....friendly workers....casual but formal.....from floor staffs to the chefs and cooks.....even the security team... ..parking available... For gas and electric vehicles.....chargers are present....though getting there is another story..... Online delivery available....you can even have a chat with some if you can catch them..... Lastly, many had changed since, which is not that long ago. with that said, storage for delivery bound groceries are noticeably present....it doesn't bother me.... nevertheless, automation are naturally merging with how things are to accommodate demands while efficiency is sought .....just how things are or will be... all in all, still a great place....great people who can answer your questions.....and talk to you like people.... it is different and somewhat the same....
Xllyhema M 3 weeks agoAlways enjoy the salad bar. However, I was there for an Amazon drop-off. So thankful I didn't have to travel into Jersey for the drop-off. Really liked that the drop-off is situated in the hall before entering the shopping area. A short wait but the rep processing was super quick and so efficient receiving and preparing my return. The parking garage building signage on the street needs clarifying where to enter. Street parking is difficult but relatively inexpensive. However, in these times, every penny counts. Or should I say nickel since the penny is going away. UGH!!!
Noah 10 months agoOne of the top Whole Foods in the city - this place is bright, well kept, huge, and gorgeous. The area is lovely around it as well. They host an enormous delivery business out of the sort of bottom front ground level of the building and the upper deck is where the main action is - around 20,000+ square feet of glorious organic food! They have all the right brands, enormous hot food and fresh food sections, plenty of staff to support the heavy foot traffic, and lots of open registers for both self service and human checkout. Cannot say enough positive things about this location - as an accidental connoisseur of all things Whole Foods and having seen dozens of locations around the northeast, this one is in the top 10! I extensively documented the store with photos to celebrate their offerings. You just can’t miss here - they have every single possible item that they should, and then some. Sustainable and rigorously sourced animal products and a decently large produce section are always nice to see and this one certainly delivers. A bit dismayed at the overwhelmingly large amount of unsustainable meat offerings, lots of step 0-3 (4 and 5 are best) meats especially chicken, but it keeps the quantity high I suppose - and prices aren’t outrageous or unexpected given the general pricing I’ve seen regionally especially in NY and MA. There are robust cheese, ice cream, and alcohol sections as well- and the bakery is jam packed with fresh breads. So delightful. Some oddities: artichoke hearts in the olive bar come with huge stems which pad out their bulk in an unappealing way, clearly cost cutting. And there’s no organic fresh grind honey roasted peanut butter, just conventional honey roasted and regular no-honey organic (which needed refilling). Incredibly minor gripes but worth mentioning. Parking is available in nearby decks, so prepare to walk with bags if you’re in a vehicle - makes sense they do so much delivery given the lack of a parking lot. High marks overall though - would certainly return given the chance. Again compliments to very friendly checkout staff and lots of gainfully employed people just all over the store restocking and being helpful! 😇
