This lady was very rude and threw the cake i was about to purchase because it was out of place. I was deciding which cake I wanted and she walks up and threw the cake with an attitude. I would have most definitely placed the cake back in the correct spot but her demeanor was very disgusting. Its really not cool cause she could have asked if I needed help, my cart was right there and I only stepped over to look at the other cakes, but instead she said if I got a problem to do something. I felt threatened. Really hope you hire better people. I know everyone has bad days but please, be kind.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Dynnae a super wonderful young lady that went above and beyond to offer top customer service this evening. I went to the register to buy my cat some food and my card was not working I thought it was an issue with the pin because myself and my daughter had an issue with purchasing some food earlier that day after we went to the market in Delran New Jersey. She had a super kind gentleman named Troy who works the front end to help assist. Both of them were kind and listened to my long winded story regarding my card and my daughter left her wallet at home and I only had 2 dollars cash to my name so I was just going to buy one can of cat food but Dynnae came over to the front and paid the 6.00 for the cat food. Troy said he was about to pay also. This was so kind...so kind to help someone you do not know. These two are really awesome employees and excellent with customer service.

My brother and I, both seniors, shopped today, February 3, 2026. We had an exceptional cashier who made our experience very enjoyable. She welcomed us with a smile and asked about our day. When my brother realized he forgot his bags, she patiently waited while he decided to buy new ones, even though he has plenty at home. It was so frustrating! She went out of her way to pack his bags with a cheerful attitude. In our fast and impatient world, she’s a refreshing presence. Her name is Diana, and she’s truly special. Give that young lady a raise! Ps: I may not have spelled her name correctly, but I am certain this is not the first time she has been acknowledged for her excellent customer service skills.

Be careful when grocery shopping at this store. Expired items have been purchased there many times, including bread and dairy products. A friend previously warned about this, so I became more aware. Everything was checked, and every shopping trip I found expired items. It would be expected that a supermarket like Fresh Grocer would have fresh products. Recently, bread was bought just before the storm that was expired since July 2025; the current date is January 2026. DO BETTER!!!
