WinCo is one of my go-to spots for affordable groceries. Their prices are hard to beat, and I love the bulk section — it’s perfect whether you just need a little or want to stock up. The produce, meat, and seafood sections are usually fresh, and the store is pretty well-organized. One of the things I appreciate most is that they’re open 24/7. It’s so convenient, especially these days when not many grocery stores stay open around the clock. That said, they only accept cash or debit cards, no credit cards, which can be a bit inconvenient. I’ve also noticed some employees don’t seem very happy — I guess it’s understandable with how busy the store gets. Overall, though, it’s a solid, budget-friendly place to shop, and the 24-hour access makes it even better.

I will always praise this store. I’ve been coming for YEARSSSS! I would come from Stillwater when in college just to stock up from here. I’ve NEVER had a bad interaction with ANY staff until today. My items were THROWN down the belt and when I asked her to be gentle she began to yell at me, start rolling the neck and then as I’m paying with my card I see there’s no total on the screen because she began to ring up the people behind me and shoo me away telling me to go somewhere else. SYLVIA IS BEYOND RUDE! She proceeded to scream at me telling me she’s been there since 7am and has 3 kids…PERSONAL ISSUES THAT SHOULDNT BE BROUGHT TO WORK! I am EXTREMELY grateful to the staff that stepped in to help, but then she started screaming at them. SYLVIA! SYLVIA! Just making sure you guys know who NOT to go to. When I came to the line I said “hi, how are you?” Nothing. I asked if she was open because she JUST walked up and turned her light on and stood there…no “i can help whoever is next” just turned her light on and stood there with her hand on her hip, so I was already hesitant to go to her line. But I approached her kind asking how she was and got nothing but a STANK LOOK. And then she proceeds to ring my items up and thrown them down the belt. As a mother with children of my own I don’t want her fired, but there should definitely be consequences for her poor actions this morning! SYLVIA IS BEYOND RUDE AND IS GIVING THIS PLACE A BAD LOOK! Arguing with customers AND staff that try to step in and help?? And then as I was helped by another staff member that had to come take over her line she proceeds to stand at the staff hallway and STARE AT ME AS IF SHES INTIMIDATING ME AS I BAG MY GROCERIES!! Her manager had to tell her 11 TIMES to go into the office and she begins arguing with her manager! I still give 5 stars because this is THE ONLY bad interaction I’ve had here in over 10 years but it was in such poor taste that I had to let other customers know DO NOT GO TO SYLVIA IF SHE IS WORKING! SHE WILL RUIN YOUR DAY!!

Super stocked nice customer service I came in around 12-1am and normally workers are tired and you know, not as energetic i understand But the guy that checked me out was very nice and sweet idk his name but I got a picture Again super cool guy!!!

I like WinCo Foods however it's hit and miss with the employees. Some actually act like they do own some of the store and are very helpful and friendly then there are the ones who act like they hate their jobs. The helpful and friendly ones make up for the other ones. Most of the employees are really nice and there is one young man that took me to where the product that I was looking for was and he was so just out of this world helpful, you could tell that he enjoyed working with customers and his job. I would recommend you checking out the store.

Walked in very late. 2:40AM. Just got out of work. Said hi to a girl working on a box filled with bags. When she saw me she made a face. I wanted to ask if they were open or if maybe they were busy doing something because the aisles were closed. She just made an even worse face and then ignored me and continued to work om her box. What a great end to my night, WinCo I'd never been to one before, but I sure won't be coming back to shop at one again. We all work. We all have lives. We all get tired and frustrated. It doesn't give us the excuse to behave rudely towards others.
