Poor selection and overpriced. The produce looked so terrible I went to Braums across the street to find a line that didn’t look like it was rotting. The only redeemable thing about this store is that it is the closest store to me where I can get batteries and wine

These stores ran poorly. Managers allow customers to stand in line 9 people waiting, only 1 cashier. Self- serve machines closed. Self-serve at some store do not accept cash when no one is at registers. With their prices the way they are customers would atleast get service. Deli has person 6 people in line. Total loss for customers that pay their wages. Like every place like this do not do anything about it.

I used to dread coming into the store because they didn't have all the things I needed or were looking for or I couldn't find them, however that has changed as of today. I went in today to grab a couple things and met the new manager and she is wonderful. I also went to the meat counter and met Mannie who did a phenomenal job at helping me pick out the perfect ham and cheese for ham cheese sliders for a party I was going to. I really appreciate the the level of detail and the customer service that I received today. And I will continue shopping because of the wonderful experience I had. Thank you Mannie and the new manager which I didn't ask her name.❤️

I've been in OKC for about 7 months and I struggling to find a food grocery store. They do a poor job restocking items. I guess I am spoiled by HEB in Texas. But even the quality of the food is bad. Wilted is theme. Today, the garlic was so old, it was sprouting. They are out of granola, thyme, rosemary, Greek yogurt, simply orange juice. Steaks are left in the meat section to dry out and I am not talking about dry age. It's just poor execution in maintaining inventory. Today, I left the store and put everything back because I couldn't make a complete meal.

I came to this Homeland on my lunch break I heard they had great hot food and cold food for lunch. I went to use the self checkout and only had cash and the self checkout was only cards. There was only one register open and there was a lady in front of me with a basket full of things and I had 2 items, I would not recommend going in here for a quick stop during lunch because it's not convenient.
