I've shopped here for too many years to count. Due to the staff's diligence and careful selection of all of my items, I've never had any incidents with my pickup orders. Today was the first time I've had any trouble worth noting. But because of Sherry's amazing customer care and overall personality, everything was taken care of beautifully, and I walked away with no complaints. Thank you, Whole Foods, for hiring such amazing individuals. Sherry, I hope you have a blessed day!

This store is often shopped pretty heavily meaning they are constantly stocking and shelves might be bare but if you go the next day the product you're looking for might be there. Park underground, it's much easier to park and avoid weather and there's a "grocery coaster" where you can ride with your groceries down a flat escalator to the garage below. Garage parking is free.

I returned an expensive item to their Amazon return center and they wouldn't provide me with a receipt. They said I would get an email receipt but would take a couple of hours. I'm expected to leave the store hoping for the best with no proof that I ever dropped it off. This is a terrible way to do business. I had to go back in and video a conversation with the employees to protect myself. This was my first and last visit to a Whole Foods store.

management please take note: Edited -- still problems Dec 2025. No egg white no good food cottage cheese. 6 pm Tuesday night, look at these cases. Pls see pix attached. Spoke with Ryan Flynn the manager of this location that night and he explained to me that he didn't have any ability to address the Supply chain issues given their ordering software. So I emailed the district manager again, Jenn Dixon, and received no response. Sorry but this Whole Foods has gone downhill. General Manager Ryan Flynn please take notice of this. The nuts for the fresh nut butter are always out. Many employees act like they can't possibly know where the products are or can't help you with it if they're doing something else. Today they told me they couldn't cut the fresh fish in smaller portions because the hot water was out. There is never any Good Culture yogurt. Always out. Abbie is one exception at the Customer Service counter -was extremely nice and tried to help me but explained that this store is the last stop on the cottage cheese delivery route and this Whole Foods gets whatever is left. She said others complain about the poor stocking of this store consistently. Respectfully ---Whole Foods can do better. Please do better. It's sad to me that the coffee bar was never reopened. I've been told so many times it cannot be staffed. You're Whole Foods after all!! I hope you will step up your business practices.

I’m starting to question whether the staff are truly trained butchers. I paid $34 for a 3-lb chuck roast and ended up cutting away more than a pound of fat when I got home, aside from the fat I left on. Chuck roast has fat, yes—but this was excessive.
