Shout out to Ms. Sharon, Ms. Sammi and one other lady in the deli dept. In the middle of the morning delivery and prep they took the time to make excellent suggestions and have a medium veggie and fruit platter ready for me by 11:30. The time and patience they gave me is beyond excellent customer service. Thank you ladies! ❤️

Wanna know the best way to spend your day? Attempt getting a sub at Publix. Ordered online and still took over an hour to get a sub and when bringing that to the attention of an employee her only remark is “well there is a line.” Impeccable observation on her part! Whole reason I ordered online was to NOT BE IN THAT LINE. When they finally got “reinforcements” it took them around a minute to make the sub. So it’s possible for them to make em quick… I’m beginning to conspire that they intentionally take longer to trap you in the store. Giving a sort of “Hotel California” feel. We don’t have to live like this.

Just had the BEST trip to Publix! The staff was super friendly—shoutout to the wonderful lady at the deli (around 1:32 PM yesterday) who helped me. She gave me so much helpful info I didn’t even know! Also, a big thanks to the guy at checkout who told me to have a great day on my way out. Little things like that make Publix feel like home.

DO NOT PAY AHEAD OF TIME. You can order ahead but then you will arrive at your pick up time and you're basically required to wait in line to then order your "order ahead" sub again before being told they don't have the ingredients to make it. Rest of the store is fine i guess. Honestly they need to either staff it better or set better expectations by not allowing order ahead online.

Very clean.. Roomy store. Great selection.. Never seen a salad bar in a Publix before.. great parking.. not sure why with only three floor options they can't keep one of the FOUR elevators on each floor.. Waited quite a long time to get an elevator when leaving..
