Absolutely vile bakery experience. Went last night to purchase a marble cake out of their frozen cakes section. Just sat down to eat a slice and there’s a human hair in it. I’m blonde and I have a short hair dog (whose hair doesn’t curl like this) so this is absolutely not our hair. I’ll be reaching out to corporate too because I don’t know if the cakes are baked in store or delivered, but this is gross Harris Teeter. (Hair is on my finger in the photo)

The Asian Hot Bar had closed 15+ mins before the posted closing (7:00 pm) and the manager Steve felt so bad that he gave me a $25 gift card AND paid for anything I wanted to take with me as an apology for the inconvenience. Amazing customer service with a high focus on customer satisfaction rarely seen these days!

Stopped by on lunch and the Chinese bar look really good. I tried it for the first time. The only thing I did not like was the broccoli, it was too hard for me. Overall, the food was fresh and not picked over.

I was in HTs New Years Eve and found in their bakery section mini chocolate pies. I bought the 4 pack and oh my goodness, the chocolate tastes like real chocolate, and the crust was fresh, light and tasted delicious for a treat, didn't taste like cardboard. I'll definitely buy these again. Thank you HT.

Really enjoy this place, classic Irish bar and restaurant. It does get pretty loud later in the evening as the crowd builds.
