The Harris Teeter chain is a Charlotte standby when we're visiting the city and need to pick up a few groceries. Produce is always fresh and attractively arranged, the stores are clean and well lit, and there are lots and lots of good selections. We spent some time browing through the Morrowcroft Harris Teeter today, and were happy to find some things that appealed to us as we stay in a hotel room — some Ritter chocolate bars, very ripe mangos that we'll enjoy for breakfast, etc.

Lovely location and well stocked. Exactly what you want from Harris Teeter. They need to have clerks for both sides of Self Check Out so customers don't have to wait.

Employees always on their phones and unfamiliar with stock. Items seem to be out on sale because they have faulty packaging and imminent sell by date. Stock of popular items shrinks when out on sale then not replenished until sale is over.

I wanted to give a shoutout to Lajohn. He brought out our groceries for a pickup order. He noticed my son was upset in the back seat of the car, and he brought him back a cookie. It made my son's day and made our car ride home much more enjoyable. He went above and beyond, and we so appreciate his thoughtfulness!

Employees are amazing!! They go above and beyond to make sure every customer leaves happy 😊 even if they don't always have what you came for (which is usually not their fault) usually customers will leave with something similar and happy with the product!! Love shopping at this Harris Teeter 💕
