We’ve stopped into this Harris Teeter location several times when we’re in Charlotte for lunch or shopping in the center, and it never disappoints. The store is consistently clean, beautifully organized, and honestly one of the loveliest locations we’ve visited. From the elegant moldings to the warm lighting, everything feels thoughtfully designed and first class. It’s not just a grocery run — it feels like a pleasant experience. I’m especially curious to explore the second floor on our next visit (yes, there’s an elevator!). Once I do, I’ll be sure to update this review and add more photos. Happy Shopping! Josephine Local 📍

Clean and organized store. Always excellent customer service and management. It’s a plus that they have a Pokemon Vending machine.

I just want to say I’m a Dental Assistant and I instacart to get by! I met the most amazing people by the name of AUDRA!!!! I asked for help and she was more than happy to help me. I asked management even other coworkers and they just brushed me off because I’m in normal attire… She got the produce section and I seen the before and after pictures I was absolutely shocked by how organized, clean and professional presentation. I know that life is tough for workers like her not getting the recognition they deserve! I used to do produce for Walmart, so seeing her do something better than me and she’s older shows the class and respectfulness of her duties:) she deserves a raise and if I come back and see she’s not there I will get in touch with higher ups in your company. She’s not judgement, loving, compassionate and willing to put customer first. Which ultimately leads to more money for Harris teeter. It was a pleasure talking you to Ms. AUDRA:) you made my year and it just started

Harris Teeter on Providence Road is an absolute dream of a grocery store! Their salad bar is truly outstanding, always fresh, incredibly well-stocked with a huge variety of delicious options, making it perfect for a healthy and satisfying meal. It's easily one of the best salad bars around. What really sets this location apart, though, is the incredibly friendly staff. Every single person I've encountered, from the cashiers to those stocking shelves, has been genuinely helpful and welcoming. Their kindness makes every shopping trip a pleasant experience. This Harris Teeter truly goes above and beyond!
