My first time visiting this Harris Teeter Store close to UNC Charlotte. I couldn't find the fish that I like at my regular Harris Teeter Store on the Wednesday before Turkey Day (we all need options) but this Store had a good amount and it was on sale. The gentleman, I believe his name was Darion,was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to assist me in finding the amount that I needed. Jist really nice to have a pleasant person helping you!! I think he enjoyed being at his job!!I will return and the store was clean and well stocked!!

Scammed my for a delivery order. End up paying 27 dollars for a chocolate milk. Couldn't cancel my order. Didn't get a message that my other higher priced item wasn't available until the delivery driver checked out, even though they said hey had them in stock. Instacart driver knew they didn't have it and didn't tell me. I had to see it on the order and she was banking on me not cancelling so she could get the 12 dollar tip. But there's also a delivery fee of 10 dollars. So I ended up paying 27 dollars for a gallon of chocolate milk. Harris teeter had no contact number but what was on the website and it is unavailable. Contact us on the website was unavailable. I feel robbed.

I've been in the area for a few weeks now and I remember how much I love the Harris Teeter deli and in particular their sub sandwiches. I took some folks over with me and they did nothing but rave about how fantastic there sandwiches were. Finally, I took the time and got a membership card. Jade was working at customer service, I believe she's the Assistant manager. Absolutely fantastic customer service experience. Bright, professional, personable and a genuinely nice person. The store is absolutely immaculate and gleaming. The selections available are second to none. Everything is brightly lit, with widely spaced aisles. The restrooms were spotless as well. All is handicap accessible and if you have a need for assistance, just ask. There's even designated parking spaces for veterans. Highly recommend this grocery store for all of the above aforementioned reasons as well as far too many others to even list. Brandi at the sub station gave me the dirtiest look when I asked if she had spinach to add to my sub. I felt very uncomfortable and she didn’t apologize, only made the situation worse by laughing after. This was my first experience getting a sub from Harris teeter and now, my last.

Friendly employees and very clean and neat well taken care grocery store frfr n da security office was friendly and I had a great laugh with management n employees it was my first time step'n foot in there cum'n from Florida B'n a flawdbabi lol we neva heard of this establishment so being my first time I would go again very friendly crew 💯💯💯🤏🏼🤏🏼🤏🏼💗💗💗
