The security guard was completely out of line. I went through self-checkout to purchase my cold-cut sandwich, and he immediately started making assumptions that I had stolen it. After I explained the instructions the store associate gave me on how to ring up the sandwich, he had nothing else to say because it was clear he was wrong. This experience was extremely embarrassing, unprofessional, and distasteful. Being publicly accused or questioned as if I had stolen something without knowing the facts is unacceptable. I followed the directions given to me by a store employee, and the security guard’s behavior made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. I would like to escalate this matter to management immediately and request that this incident be reviewed. Customers should not be subjected to false accusations based on assumptions.

One of the nicest grocery store/ Harris Teeter I have ever been to. It is 2 storage high and it is bright and clean and organized. During holiday they have great decoration to get you to buy more gifts. Seems like frozen isle is large than other store but fresh items are less for some reason.

I love this Harris Teeter, but on last night, I was blown away of how we were standing in line.Waiting to be checked out and the young lady was on her phone.Actually, she had two phones in front of her very un professional. The guy that was in front of me. I actually thought she was talking to him. But he shook his head and told me no. He wasn't I was really shocked and blown away of the interaction with the customers while she was on the phone.Her personal cellphone

Ben in the Seafood department was a blessing. He was so helpful and made my morning enjoyable. The young lady at customer service was helpful and the young man that was my cashier was polite.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Ean was amazing. He made my sandwich at Harris Teeter and suggested several different ways it could be made, which I honestly really liked. He did everything with a smile and great energy—super friendly and very funny. He’s truly the kind of employee a company values.
