honestly Hy-Vee has been our go to shopping spot since moving into our home and have used the online grocery app religiously after the whole mess that has been the last 48 hours we are changing stores and i’ve been telling family to be aware of the issues. I placed a order on the 24th, I continue to have issues with the app not syncing that whenever I go to pay I usually have to click out and back in if it doesn’t work, so same thing happened Sunday. after the first submission didn’t work, i removed some items my husband said we didn’t need and resubmitted the order. had to resubmit 4 separate times for it to go through. it’s not because a money issue or bank issue. finally it goes through. we get the food and on tuesday we see over 6 pending charges for the SAME order. called Hyvee and got told they can’t do anything about it. called my bank, told me it’s a hyvee issue. long story short we got charged over $300 for a $50 order and I’ve called hyvee multiple times, always getting sent off to talk to someone else to get told they have no idea what to do. go to check today and they gave us rotten food in our order. it was already expired when we picked it up.

Very disappointing! This is what I got for my $3 meal what is suppose to be chicken but merely just vegetables and my child’s plate is just basically vegetables! Should have went to one of the Omaha locations because they would never!

Best Hy vee I've been too. The staff make it such a wonderful experience! Shelves always stocked, fresh veggies and an amazing meat counter! The deals are always top notch as well.

Friendly service, great environment, great quality products that are well worth the purchase! So many variety and options. If you haven't been there, I highly suggest Hyvee for your next grocery and essentials shopping!!!

I go to this store quite a bit and I always see to young ladies in Customer service cleaning just really shows they care about keeping their work area clean really makes me want to keep coming back seeing how dedicated they are to their work
