I used to go to this location all the time, spend $200-$300 a week there on groceries. I bought a pack of spoiled chicken wings here and brought them back. The wings were sold out so I was told to come back in few days. I go back on a Wednesday and ask for the credit owed to me to be applied to my purchase, and they refused. I then asked to speak with a manager. A manager came and she wanted to review camera footage to PROVE that I bought chicken to begin with....basically calling me a liar and a thief. I don't need the actual words; it's insinuated.... I sat in the store 39 minutes while she looked for my purchase. Mind you, it's $10 in chicken and I used to go in that store every 2 days and spend $70-$80 per visit. I will never give them my business again.

The lady who answered the phone this morning at 11:47 03/05/2026 , needs more training on customer service. Your attitude is trash and they hire anyone that comes off the street. The meat is always expired that’s why it always on sale. Do better an if your to old to be working retire. The attitude is ridiculous , I had a question a she replied with I can’t give out information over the phone what the help is that ? No one was acting for important information I was asking about the money service center before I drive all the way there. Inconsiderate.

Market Place Cafe. I've been coming here since I was a child. It's a family favorite because it is consistently good. I always get a Down Home Breakfast, and their Patty Melt is also a favorite. My brother comes home from California and can't miss a visit to the Cafe. It's also funny that you call in your orders over the phones at the booths. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. You can expect timely service and a great experience.

Three stars for the cleanness and some workers, but for this one specific middle aged white lady with short curly hair zero, she is so overly disrespectful to not just one lady but to multiple I’ve seen so far I am a frequent customer and she is just plan flat out rude i understand people came in 10 minutes before closing but that is completely unacceptable to treat your customers like crap because you feel like it or are over it.

I really love this store! It's so clean and well organized. They have great products; I was surprised to find gluten-free cake mixes, almond milk and a few organic things. Best part- there's hardly anyone there! New fave grocery store in Omaha, ftw. Lately I've noticed some pretty crazy price increases. $6.34 today for a box of strawberry popsicles.
