Pretty solid grocery store overall. I usually come here a couple times a week and it’s been reliable for picking up everyday stuff without much hassle. Produce section is generally fresh, though once in a while a few items aren’t at their peak, but that’s kinda normal anywhere. Staff is friendly enough and will help you find things if you ask. Checkout lines move decently fast unless you hit peak evening hours, then it can slow down a bit. Prices are fair, not the cheapest in town but not overpriced either. Parking is easy which is a big plus for me. The store layout is pretty straightforward so you’re not wandering around forever. Overall it’s a convenient spot that does the job well without any drama.

Security Still sitting out entire shift Now on phone! Still blocking off Only seat in store. I know many elderly/impaired customers Count on this bench to wait for their ride or just to rest awhile.

The staff are great. I just wish they had the same things as the other bakers. They got rid of thier makeup isle but still show coupons and other items the other stores have but they never do like smiley face fries for example. But its my fav store and they do thier best. With new management they've had some stalking issues but are doing better.

Not everyone needs a cart the size of a mini van. 4 times in a row I have been unable to find either a hand basket or small sized cart. This was after scouring parking lot and inside of store. Nor were any in use by customers. Then we are forced into self checkout. The self checkout stalls are too small for the huge carts so the carts block off more then one register causing bottleneck and delay.

Customer service has gone Way Down Hill with closing of shopping options in Florence. Usually Only One Register Open and that Checker Has to do own bagging. So Verrrry Slow. People are stocking up for Thanksgiving So A Lot of Full Carts. Not when you want to do self checkout. Please Do Better!
