Tried to buy onion dip that was big 1 get 1 free. Did not register the sale. Worker told me I was wrong and that is was Kroger brand. Went and took a picture of the sale and they did not give it to me.

Pharmacy is great. I don't shop here too often though, as their prices seem higher than other stores. And I don't like that you have to use the app to get digital coupons for many of the sale prices. Not all of us live with our phones glued to our hands. They do have a wide variety of health food and gluten free options- though the prices are higher on a lot of things. Aldi's might not have the same amount of selections, but it's just down the street and way cheaper!

I'm used to a much better Kroger experience. This store obviously doesn't get enough quality control . The Bakers stores need to be more visible and accessible throughout the area. Kroger needs a larger presence in Omaha.

No longer shop there! Got a membership at Sam's. Bakers never have cashier line open, and not enough help bagging with the one lane open and backed up. The store is always stocking during business hours, no matter what yime of the day I would go.The store is dirty! Sam's Club Membership for life!

I really can't say much negatively on my customer experiences at bakers I do admit I slightly prefer Hy-Vee better but that's just a me thing and Baker's is a little cheaper but slightly less convenient for me compared to Hy-Vee and sometimes I just need to get in and out of the store and or the in-house bank that I use and maybe the gas and convenience Hy-Vee has all three three but Baker's prices are a little cheaper on average
