I hate to rate the whole store for the actions of one employee but unfortunately that's what happens when u choose the wrong people to work for u. We had an amazing experience until we got to the self checkout the lady that was just standing there holding up the podium no other customers in the self checkout she says one of the checkers can get u. I said that's ok thank u! So we started checking out and within the first few items it needed her to do something I turned and said we broke it already 😂 with a laugh she ignored me so I bag the few items turned and said it again she ignored me again ugh 🤔 I was starting to get frustrated with her so my fiance finally said something she came over in a huff talking to herself under her breath shaking her head it was ridiculous so we finally got to continue checking out. Then the lady on another lane needed help I looked up at her and said she is in a very good mood so she might get to u. She comes up behind me and said what did u say so I repeated myself she said oh I can be in a better mood 🙄 amazing customer service right there so I finally went to the manager about her because the register stopped again and she wouldn't come over to help and my fiance got her on camera and because I went to the manager she called up a manager to help us and she told the disrespectful lady that we got her on camera and all hell broke lose. We got done headed to the car turned around she left her position came outside with her phone was recording us in the parking lot with r car and all so I don't know what this lady's problem was but she should not ever work with the public and I really want to post the video but I do have respect for people and Bakers and don't want to hurt them for one disrespectful employee😠😡🤬

We shop here regularly as we live downtown, I’m not sure where the produce comes from but pick it carefully!! Other day I picked a pkg of tomato’s got home all rotten. Can’t return to any other Bakers! Produce manager should be inspecting much closer. Better produce at Sam’s Club

Definitely beats Hy-Vee in terms of prices and selection. Nice monthly gas discounts too. Always clean and organized. Carts are a pain though. They're often stuck together or the wheels have issues.

After switching to Bakers from Whole Foods, we saved $400 a month in groceries. All the same quality products without the hype.

Waited 40 minutes for a catering order of 250 pieces of chicken. The meal was delayed and nowt certain if amount chicken was correct. Thankfully the manager apologized and the chicken was cooked properly
