Kowalski's has the best fresh produce, the best fresh flowers, without going to Bachmans as a separate errand, best berries and the best salad bar, the beat sushi, the best deli, along with burrito bar. I've bought many gifts from the unique gift shop, the baked goods are absolutely delicious 😋 I shop there multiple times week. The employees are friendly and professional. I have found so many new products from their free samples. I also remember when it was Red Owl (I'm that old). But...they need to take care of the beggars at the door, I won't park on Lyndale, I only park in the back lot to avoid being being comforted by them.i also love that I get to stuff my recites to help our community.

Could be better. Kowalski's is a very expensive grocery store. You are supposedly paying extra for better quality items and a better experience, unless I'm missing something. I've almost cracked teeth on chicken salad enough to not buy it again. Some of the staff don't seem to like their jobs either. Particularily the people behind the produce counter. They need to be more polite and less grumpy. The teens running the registers need to drop the bad attitudes as well. For the most part the store is fine, but it's not a great example of a Kowalski's and it has a few things it really needs to work on.

Best grocery store around. The produce is better than any other grocery store hands down. The meat department is amazing. And I like the selection of premade Deli meals. The salad bar is amazing too as well as the soup bar. Great Neighborhood Grocery store. Great customer service.

Very Clean, All depts well stocked and organized. There are Cheese Demo's today -- Kingston Creamery from Cambria WI has their Award Winning Breezy Blue - Blue Cheese here!! It is AWESOME on a salad. It is sweet tasting, not at all like the original Blue Cheese of years ago. The Meat Dept has fresh cut meats ad well as Boar's Head Lunch Meats

I can't speak to the contents of the entire store, as I was there for the artisan cheese and I found it the instant I stepped inside. The cheese counter here is large and fantastic, with a wide variety of both domestic and international cheeses. I greatly appreciated that they had two heaping baskets of small pieces of cheese--perfect for trying new cheeses while keeping the cost down! I found lots of things to buy. The checkout was fast, the cashier incredibly friendly. An important note: this was a very busy place at midafternoon, and the parking lot was packed. As we left, I realized we'd been lucky to get a spot as we had. By the signs in the lot, they have issues with people using their lot to instead visit the Starbucks next door.
