Stopped in for flowers for myself. The florals department manager was very attentive. I asked if they could expand on a small bouquet that I found. I asked them to add pink hydrangeas, white roses, and then filler flowers of their choice. The manager did a fabulous job and this bouquet arrangement truly made my day. Cannot beat the price either!! Will be coming here more frequently for my monthly bouquet.

I am 60 years old today and I have been grocery shopping for at least 45 years I have never experienced a staff like the one at this location I moved to Baltimore 5 months ago and we didn’t have Harris Teeter in Florida Besides the beautiful store great sales and special perks this location is special because of Staff members like Laura and Nathanya Somehow these ladies knew today was my 60th birthday and somehow knew I would be in the store today They presented me with this beautiful birthday gift Again after more than 20 years of shopping in the same Publix no one knew my name or my birthday or ever smiled ( not many people smile in Florida) This made this special birthday that much more special and the store is lucky to have employees like them I can’t thank you both enough ❤️Gary

I normally don’t write many reviews, but this Harris Teeter’s special service deserves some praise. I’ve been shopping at this Harris Teeter for three years now and in 2026 they are still setting the gold standard for what a grocery store should be. Every single visit, whether I am walking the aisles or pulling into a pickup spot, is a demonstration of high quality customer experiences. The food selection and quality is consistently strong. From the fresh produce, seasonal fun items, and bakery/ butcher/ deli to the pharmacy department, the store is always clean, organized, and stocked well. Their in-store brands are top tier and often rival the big name brands in both quality and value. While the whole store is great, the pickup service is what truly blows me away. I want to especially focus on the people, it’s what makes it special. The competency and unbelievable friendliness of the employees is amazing. A huge shoutout to the manager Eric and the stellar shopping team, including Kaleb, Kate, and the rest of the crew. They do a phenomenal job making sure customer needs are addressed and orders are filled every single time. It is rare to find a business that maintains such a high level of customer support, care, and excellence year after year. Every single pickup and in-store associate I have interacted with has been incredible. I will continue to shop here and tell all my friends to do the same. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work to make my grocery shopping easy, healthy, and enjoyable!

The prices are absurd. This location is in a densely populated area, it is nice that it has a parking garage right across the street, but there is nothing special about this food. I was shopping for a friend who was sick, I would have gone to a Giant or Safeway if I had known how expensive everything was. On top of the prices the lines to pay for your food were at least 6-7 carts long. This indicates that the service is also lacking. I cannot recommend shopping here.

This place is a wonderful place to go and shop. I actually come here every day for lunch for the hot bar. I love everything about it. The people are great. This one lady is super kind and great energy. Don’t never change. I love that for her always with a big smile on her face. Ms.Nathanya Thank you for always being so kind to me and my family.
