Every time I visit, the lines are long while employees seem to be walking around instead of assisting at the registers. The cashiers themselves are wonderful and handle the pressure well, but the wait times can be overwhelming. Online ordering has been especially disappointing. I have never received a complete order, which suggests there may be issues with inventory management or fulfillment processes. When ordering fresh produce, fruits, or salads online, the quality has often been poor, with items arriving spoiled or overly ripe. The only real advantage is that it’s the only market in the neighborhood. Otherwise, there are definitely areas that need improvement, especially with checkout efficiency and online order accuracy.

I've had a great experience today! 2/11/26 . I was having a rough morning. The second I walked in giants the place is kept and cleaned. It made my day 10x better. Everything is so in order. I'm really proud of my go to place! For Breakfast , LUNCH , supper & Dinner. Maybe a hot dog giveaway soon! Fun play day full of fun! at giants like old times! Thanks management for the great experience today - chef whizz 🫶🏾

Staff is always pleasant and approachable if needed. Came into this store for a hot meal,and unbeknownst to me, the advertised $9 taco salad meal combo rung up to $7.00! Cheaper than a well known competitor of there's--worth the money.

Always nice to show up to a pharmacy and be told your medication has “already been picked up” when you haven’t picked it up yet. Even better when the pharmacist provides zero information as to how this happened or one shred of concern. Cherry on top was waiting half an hour and not receiving an apology from anyone involved in the situation. I did receive a phone call from the pharmacy later to apologize and explain, so I’ll give some credit for that.

Very nice place depending on which one you go to The one in Severna Park I accidentally scanned a can of corn instead of a dog food can and they acted like I was holding the place up lol
