I do enjoy coming to this market for odds and ends because it's clean well lit. Customer service is outstanding 98% of the time. This market is never too congested even when it's super busy. There are always a lot of cadhier lines open along with self checkout. Sushi is also served here. Their personal entrées are satisfactory and with reasonable portions. Unfortunately, their Deviled Egg Potatoe Salad is disgusting because the potatoes are partially cooked.

This store has the most lazy staff. They don't care and they don't respond properly. they have no regard for people's time. I had to pick up a 9 items orders as a dasher and they made me wait here for 2 hours. This order could be prepared in 10 mins time. I would never come here again. I wish I could report this anywhere else too.. I noticed that other people also complained about pick up problems but nobody cares so I think even this review wouldn't make any difference

This is a giant I have been shopping at for years and that I will go out of my way to come to. Unfortunately, so will everyone else. If you can shop at off hours, that will be a bit better crowd wise. They recently did a remodel that is very nice and improved their organics aisle and self checkout on top of lots of nice aesthetic touches. I'm sure I'll come here for many more years to come.

The store has several strong points. It’s in a convenient location, offers a wide selection of products, and consistently stocks fresh food. Many staff members are helpful, especially in service areas like the deli, where customer care tends to be excellent. However, the self-checkout area is a different story. While some employees are patient and go out of their way to assist customers, others display a noticeably unfriendly attitude, sometimes even acting with visible frustration or anger. I’ve witnessed multiple instances where staff members were short-tempered or dismissive toward shoppers, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. As a customer, it’s disheartening to experience or observe this kind of behavior. Regardless of how an employee may feel about their role or the environment, professionalism and respect should always be the standard. I strongly encourage store management to address this issue. Better training, clearer expectations, and a renewed focus on customer service in the self-checkout area could make a meaningful difference in the overall shopping experience.

I believe her name was Tisha, she had long, bright red braids, and she was absolutely amazing. I don’t usually leave reviews for grocery stores, but she truly made my day. I was struggling with a cart that had a messed-up wheel, and she noticed me in the dairy aisle. She mentioned she had another cart in the back and brought it out to swap with mine right then and there. I’ve honestly never had anyone go out of their way like that before. What really stood out was that she was in the middle of stocking shelves and still paused to help me without hesitation. Her service went above and beyond, and it meant a lot. Please pass along my thanks to her. She’s one of the good ones, and I truly appreciate her kindness.
