This is my favorite location. The manager is very kind and helpful. I find better quality food here than anywhere else. I still occasionally receive molded fruit in my orders but the employees are very friendly and encourage customers to trade it out. I do think all locations need better monitoring of produce quality, but I at least get better food. I also really appreciated that when I had a pick-up order during a thunderstorm (not my intention), the staff were concerned for safety and had a procedure for parking closer to keep everyone safe while still making sure customers received their orders as quick as possible.

Store is always clean. Staff is good, wish they had more cashiers to better serve customers. Self check out is slow and sometimes you have to wait at the register longer than nessasary if you need help. Long lines at the self check can be long and sometimes half of them are closed for what reason. Bring back more cashiers.

Line for self-checkout goes all the way down to the freezers in the back of the store. To remedy this issue, they closed the other Self-Checkout section, and open only 1 normal checkout lane. Wichitans knew this storm was coming for a week. To management, be prepared next time. To regular employees, im so sorry.

Good quality food for the most part. Prices are unbelievably high. Even sale prices are not great because they are so overpriced to begin with. I never use the self checkout because it is such a hassle anymore. Very long and slow lines. Only one or two lines are staffed by cashiers. Aldi has them beat 10 times over. Digital coupons are a extreme learning curve and time consuming headache especially for seniors, many of whom corporate management counts on forgoing the extra procedure. Why not just automatically give the discount to all Dillons Plus customers? I don't know why we should basically be forced to ring up our own groceries. There have been times when self checkout has been the only option. This is a disservice. Not a service. Next thing you know, customers will be unloading their supply trucks and stocking their shelves. Very disturbing and unfriendly business model. I only use Dillons for those specialty items I can't find elsewhere. Most staples are half the price elsewhere. Another peeve of mine are their unmaintained grocery carts. I go through selecting 3 or 4 carts before entering the store with one that functions properly, checking to find one without severely damaged wheels with rubber treads worn off, mop strings stuck in the gears, clunking or squeeking noises, inability to steer correctly,etc. This has been going on for years. It's extremely annoying and let's me know they just don't care. Why not service or replace these carts? If they do, I would expect even higher prices! Also, be sure to check your receipt before you leave the store. They make a lot of mistakes and certainly not in your favor. Most employees I have encountered have been extremely friendly and helpful. They are strong, respectful, patient and my heart goes out to them.

I like that they hire people with Special needs to bag your groceries. They always have the prettiest flowers and plant selection. Prices are decent and the store is very clean. Management is also very friendly.
